About Us and Our
Adoption Process
We are a new branch of the Original Cat Action Trust based in North Lanarkshire. We aim to rescue lost, stray, abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens in the North Lanarkshire and surrounding areas.
Our adoption process entails an initial telephone vetting system and followed up by home visits to ensure the cats and kittens in our care and being adopted by the best possible homes.
We ask for a minimum donation of £50.00 for adult cats. This is to cover the costs of neutering the cats, feeding them and providing them a warm environment during the cold weather. All cats leaving our centre are now id-chipped and we can offer great prices on id-chipping your pets.
Adoption Restrictions:
We do not home cats and kittens when there are children under the age of 5yrs old in the household.
All homes are subject to strict vetting procedures including home visits.
